New York's Finest - This cookie contains walnuts and should not be consumed by those with nut allergies.
Nutella Mayhem® - This cookie does include Nutella, which is made with Hazelnuts.
The assorted cookie pack does not include any cookies made with nuts, however please refer to the disclaimer below.
We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen on shared equipment. All of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk.
We know how serious allergies are and we care about your safety, so we want to be transparent. If you or the recipient has a severe allergy we recommend consulting with your doctor for further guidance before consuming.

What is their shelf life?
One week – they’re not packed to the brim with preservatives. They remain at peak freshness for up to two weeks. We recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Freezing can keep them fresh for up to a month!
Can I get same-day delivery?
If you are based on the North Shore, we do offer same day delivery. These orders must be placed before 9am.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our cookies are sent on an overnight service (incl. South Island) so you'll get your cookies before you know it.
How many of each flavour comes in an assorted box?

Can you ship to rural addresses?
Yep! We sure can. Please allow an extra 1-2 Days upon the normal delivery service.
Do you deliver in weekends?
If you'd like weekend delivery, please reach out to us here, so we can organise Saturday Delivery (there is an extra fee associated with this.)
Cut-off for Saturday Delivery is - 9am Friday
All weekend orders will be baked on Monday, as the courier does not pick-up during the weekend, and we want to ensure your cookies are as fresh as possible.
